Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
* Troubleshoot customer sales queries and answer questions
* Upsell and provide quotes to customers
* Enter sales data, generate invoices, and perform administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar customer service role
* Ability to build relationships with diverse clients
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
