We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients who have suffered injury, illness or trauma, supporting them on their journey towards recovery and optimal functioning.
About the Role
In this role, you will take a holistic care approach, working collaboratively with clients, medical specialists and other treatment providers to develop effective rehabilitation plans. You will conduct various assessments including Activities of Daily Living Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Worksite Assessments and Vocational Assessments.
