On-site car park and staff canteen Gym membership What you'll do Reporting directly to the SHE Lead, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support SHE Projects across the site to drive continuous improvement, uplift compliance and inspire engagement. Work directly with frontline workers and managers to ensure robust risk management practices are applied. Facilitate SHE training to increase competency across the site. Engage with SHE professionals regionally and globally to learn best practice and participate in SHE activities. Operational SHE activities to support and assist key business partners in managing the risk profiles of the business. Essential for the role Tertiary or formally recognised qualification (University or TAFE) in occupational health and safety. Minimum 3 years' experience working in an industrial SHE role. Sound understanding of SHE management systems, relevant standards, and codes of practice. Strong and effective experience in investigations, root cause analysis, risk assessments, injury reduction. Strong communication, interpersonal and people skills for all levels of the organisation. Effective written, communication and presentation skills. Desirable for the role Experience in developing safety management systems, contractor management, chemical management and high-risk work. Workplace Trainer and Assessor Cert IV. Experience in working in a GMP environment. SHE Management System Auditing qualification. Post Graduate qualification. High level of computer literacy.
