Michael Page is pleased to partner exclusively with a purpose driven organisation and are seeking a Payroll Project Specialist. You'll play a key role in supporting payroll remediation activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and improvements in processes and systems. This role is offered on a remote basis, providing flexibility while contributing to meaningful transformation work. 
Job Description 
- 
Assisting with the finalisation and validation of long service leave entitlements. 
- 
Supporting remediation activities, including correction of balances and back payment processing. 
- 
Preparing reports, data, and recommendations for payroll and system managers. 
- 
Contributing to payroll compliance initiatives and supporting Fair Work / Industrial Relations requirements. 
- 
Assisting with process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations. 
- 
Working within project frameworks (PMO) to ensure successful delivery of payroll transformation initiatives. 
- 
Collaborating across HR and Payroll projects to ensure end-to-end service delivery. 
The Successful Applicant 
- 
Proven experience in payroll projects, ideally in remediation, compliance, or leave management. 
- 
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, entitlements, and Australian legislation. 
- 
Experience working in project environments, including reporting and documentation. 
- 
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- 
Ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.
