We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join our growing team in Sydney West. In this role, you will provide essential, person-centred support to individuals living with disability under the NDIS.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing)
* Support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping
* Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of equipment
* Promote social inclusion by accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and events
* Build respectful, empowering, and trusting relationships with clients
* Accurately document services delivered and report any concerns or incidents
About You:
* Genuine passion for supporting people with disability
* Reliable, patient, and empathetic nature
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable providing personal care (where required)
Requirements:
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (as per public health orders)
* Relevant experience or Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar (preferred)
