Civil Supervisor – Civil ConstructionLocation: Kakadu or Alice Springs region, NTPoint of hire: Darwin or Alice Springs

We are currently seeking a motivated and experiencedCivil Supervisor to oversee key infrastructure projects in Darwin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable construction company delivering high profile civil and construction works.
Responsibilities
* Site Management: Supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This is a hands-on role based on remote sites.
* Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, report on timelines, and resolve on-site issues.
* Compliance & Safety: Enforce WHS policies and procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a safe working environment.
* Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
What You'll Need
* Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in civil NT projects
* Relevant qualifications in Civil Construction, Building, or Project Management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
