About this role Grampians Health Pharmacy Service is seeking a dynamic and experienced clinical pharmacist to take the lead in shaping innovative models of clinical pharmacy case across our internal medicine and continung care clinical streams (all campuses).
Working closely with the senior pharmacy leadership team, this lead pharmacist role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational management and clinical excellence within a broad portfolio incorporating General Medicine units, medical specialty units and continuing care (sub acute) services.
You will lead and support a high-performing team of pharmacists, interns, technicians and students fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative care.
Key responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, sustainable, and patient-centred clinical pharmacy services across MCC services Provide expert leadership, mentorship, and education within the pharmacy team and across multidisciplinary teams Actively contribute to pharmacy education, research, and quality improvement initiatives Represent Pharmacy Services on relevant committees and forums Support senior pharmacy leaders and deputise as required Skills and experience: Significant experience in hospital and clinical pharmacy practice Demonstrated leadership capabilities within a complex healthcare setting A commitment to education, mentoring, and professional development Ability to thrive in a team environment and value collaboration To see a full copy of the position description please click here Interested?
