About the Role:
We are looking for a full time Account Manager to be based on site with a Monday-Friday roster. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to the below:
* Act as the first point of contact for Protech's employee's on-site
* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction through innovation and process improvement
* Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and service level agreements, identifying areas for improvement
* Attend pre-start meetings
* Track and report on employee performance, attendance, and productivity, providing feedback and support to improve outcomes
* Prepare reports and conduct monthly stake holder meetings
* Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety protocols, Protech policies, and relevant legislation, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
What we're looking for:
* Required: previous experience as a Site Coordinator or Account Manager in the Mining & Resources sector
* Middlemount region based preferred
* Intermediate experience with Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams & Outlook
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Goal-orientated and results driven
* Ability to work within a close-knit team and unsupervised
* Rights to work in Australia
* Current drivers licence
