Procurement Specialist
This is a permanent full-time role working 38 hours per week at our Epworth Hospital site.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring appropriate product levels are maintained and stored
* Sending orders to suppliers in an efficient and timely manner
* Effective management of product recalls
* Coordinating rolling expiry date checks
* Maintaining purchasing systems
* Ensuring all contractual obligations with hospital sites are met
* Assisting the procurement team through coordination of national purchasing, product, and inventory management activities
* Managing invoicing, credits, and supplier errors
* Processing store transfers to and from our Richmond site
Previous experience working in a pharmacy environment is essential. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, be able to prioritise competing demands, and communicate effectively with their team.
