Responsibilities
* The planning and implementation of cost effective and quality facility services at the College including compliance, grounds, maintenance and cleaning.
* Management of the College minor works and refurbishment projects in line with the College Master Plan.
* Senior level interaction and negotiation with service providers, internal stakeholders and CCM Central Office.
Requirements
* Diploma of Facilities Management
* High level problem‐solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Understanding of legal and compliance requirements
* Positive notice Blue Card working with children
