Who will you be working with?
L&M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor or MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction and heavy industrial industries. This role will be collaborating with our internal teams to ensure product build is on track and on target per customer specifications.

Who will you be working with? You will be working liaising with the sales team, customers, the engineering and quality departments as well as the production team. You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
Where is the position located? This is a Permanent Full-time position at Welshpool, WA
What do we want to know about you?
* Sales experience, in the Industrial sector (advantageous)
* Mechanical knowledge/aptitude (Prior L&M Radiator experience is advantageous)
* Financial acumen and strong IT skills
* Knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP system
* Technical, mechanical, and industrial knowledge needed to include blueprint reading.
* Experience in preparing a wide variety of reports, spreadsheets and documentation using Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, Word, PPT, Teams and Outlook.
* Professional phone and email étiquette
* High attention to detail with the ability to cope well under pressure.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to pass a random drug & alcohol test, and a fitness for work assessment.
What will your typical day look like?
* Collaborate with the sales, production, and engineering teams on quoting, pricing and product delivery.
* Establish customer relationships to deliver the world's best heat transfer solutions across the globe.
* Calculate pricing and generate quotations for all parts and services.
* Process all customer and vendor purchase orders in the ERP portal and conduct in house sales.
* Navigate customer portals for retrieving customer orders.
* A large part of the role is to manage customer queries and complaints in a timely, respectful and diligent manner.
* Customer Service is required to price and quote all parts utilising software and stock control sheets.
* Responsible for intercompany orders.
* Accurate record maintenance.
* Follow all department procedures, processes and instructions set forth by the customer service manager.
* Follow all corporate policies and procedures and support management decisions.
* Attends LEAN and other meetings as required
* To implement process improvement projects and system audits
