Overview


Personal Assistant to the Executive Chairman. Seeley International is Australia's largest manufacturer of climate control and HVAC solutions for domestic, commercial, and industrial markets, with brands such as Braemar, Climate Wizard, Breezair and Coolair.

Based in Lonsdale SA, reporting to the General Manager, Chairman's Office. This is a unique opportunity to utilise exceptional organising and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Seeley International currently employs more than 500 staff and has significant growth plans, both in Australia and overseas.


Responsibilities

* Provide strategic support and operational assistance across a range of sensitive, personal, and confidential matters for the Executive Chairman.
* Coordinate and manage diverse daily workflows; work autonomously when required and as part of a small, efficient team.
* Carry out general administrative tasks within the office.
* Manage monthly board reports and meeting requirements.
* Experience with events planning management and corporate dining functions.
* Corporate travel bookings experience (preferred; training will be provided).
* Apply high levels of integrity, confidentiality, discretion and professional business standards.
* Calendar management, prioritisation of tasks, and strong attention to detail.
* Proactive, hands-on approach and ability to meet deadlines.


Qualifications

* A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent (preferred).
* At least 3 years of experience as a PA at a senior level.
* High level of presentation, collaboration, and professional communication skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
