This unique opportunity sits at the heart of our 13cabs Corporate Transport team, working closely with government departments, schools, and drivers to ensure students and community members get from A to B safely and reliably.
About The Role
You’ll provide front-line administrative support, coordinate school transport services (including the NSW Assisted School Transport Program), and act as a liaison between stakeholders—making sure everything runs smoothly, from uniforms to dispatches.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operations at the Newcastle Support Hub
* Coordinate and monitor school transport runs
* Assist with customer inquiries and driver support
* Liaise with government stakeholders, including the Department of Education
* Generate reports and provide timely admin support for billing and compliance
* Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution
What You Bring
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* A customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail
* A current Working With Children Check (or able to obtain)
* NDIS module certification (preferred)
