Now, we're on the lookout for a passionate, proactive, and people-loving Holiday Property Manager (Client Services Executive) to join our vibrant Port Stephens, NSW team
About the Role
As a Client Services Executive, you'll be the heartbeat of our property owner relationships — the friendly face and trusted partner who helps owners get the most from their investments, while ensuring guests enjoy a five-star experience every stay.
Working closely with our supportive leadership team, you'll manage a portfolio of stunning properties and keep operations running seamlessly — from pricing and maintenance to guest satisfaction and community engagemente.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Grow your portfolio -bring on new properties and keep them performing at their best.
* Be part of the community -connect with local businesses, events, and networks to grow brand awareness and referrals.
* Keep properties in top shape - oversee inspections, maintenance, and presentation.
* Build strong relationships - with both owners and guests, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience.
* Coordinate contractors & cleaners - manage vendors and ensure quality service.
* Collaborate & celebrate -work with your team to support our fun, dynamic Alloggio culture
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in property or portfolio management (holiday or real estate).
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
* A natural drive for business growth and customer success.
* Familiarity with tools like RMS, HomHero, Guesty, or similar platforms.
* A current Driver's Licence and eligibility to work in Australia.
