Rogers Construction Group is a privately owned Sydney based commercial construction company completing projects NSW wide with offices in Bella Vista, Newcastle and Wollongong. Rogers Construction Group specialises in Education, Government, Corporate, Retail and Aged Care/Retirement projects.
The company has experienced significant controlled growth and are now seeking a Site Manager to join our young and vibrant team based in the Wollongong region. Salary package will be discussed during the interviews of shortlisted candidates.
Role And Responsibilities
- Ensuring Project Program is on track at all times.
- Coordinating workflow and look ahead.
- Reading plans and setting out when required.
- Supervising and advising staff and contractors.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are up to code.
- Ensuring materials and machinery are delivered on time.
- Handling subcontractors.
- Liaising with clients and the Project Manager to ensure communication is sound.
- 6 day working week where required.
What we are looking for & what will make you STAND out
- Minimum of 10 years previous site manager experience in multi-disciplinary construction projects.
- Experience delivering projects both new build and refurbishment valued between $2m and $12m.
- Experience in Education, Government, commercial, Industrial and Aged Care/Retirement Living sectors.
- Trade background.
- Robust track record and employment in Sydney / Wollongong Construction Market.
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Experience in Procore and Hammertech is preferred.
