Customer Service Attendant Role

Transform Lives through Exceptional Customer Service

This is an opportunity to create outcomes that have a real impact on the community.

* Provide customer service to passengers with diverse needs and requirements.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team dedicated to delivering excellent service while prioritising safety.
* Gain hands-on experience through tasks such as flagging trains, using mobile apps, connecting with train crew and keeping stations in good condition.


About You

A positive and reliable attitude formed across various customer-facing roles will see you excel in this position.

You should love working on the frontline, interacting with customers and the community.

You must be self-driven and able to work autonomously with initiative.


What We Offer

Permanent part-time positions: minimum 40 hours per fortnight.

Permanent full-time positions: 76 hours per fortnight.

Full time pay rate: $67,913.60 per annum (pro rata).
