A leading utilities organisation is delivering a major transformation programme and is hiring two Senior Business Analysts to support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
You will work across one of two streams:
A Dynamics 365 implementation for the New Zealand business as it replaces a long-standing Oracle platform.
A separate Dynamics 365 rollout for a Commercial and Industrial business unit in Melbourne.
You will work alongside an experienced BA who will support onboarding.
About the role
Map current processes and shape future-state requirements.
Support end-to-end solution design.
Engage with a range of stakeholders across the business.
Present clear recommendations and influence decisions.
Use modern BA techniques, including AI-enabled tools.
About you
Confident, proactive communicator able to influence outcomes.
Adaptable and open to new techniques and tools.
Strong stakeholder awareness and clear communication.
Ability to form an end-to-end view of the business. Human-Centred Design or Business Architecture experience is useful.

AEMO Gateway Framework
Metering experience
