About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Drill Supervisor to control blasting operations on-site and be responsible for the coordination of drilling activities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading safe, efficient and effective blasting operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Accountable for leading safe, efficient and effective blasting operations
* Working towards cost optimization through effective utilization and care of plant and personnel
* Responsible for the effective leadership, training and development of the blast crew
About You
We are looking for a high-achieving individual who enjoys delivering results in a dynamic environment.
Key skills and qualifications include:
* Proven experience in a similar role (including step up experience)
* NSSW Blasters Explosive Users Licence desirable
* Through Seam Coal mining experience desirable
