Responsibilities
* Lead a room as a Senior Educator, guiding a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
* Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
* Ensure safety and inclusivity, tailoring learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.

You'll need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current VIC Working with Children Check
