Marketing & Communications Manager - Cube Networks

This hands‑on and varied role supports the execution of Cube Networks' marketing strategy, internal communications, and employer branding efforts. You'll work across social media, content creation, events, internal engagement, and executive support — making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys both creative work and operational execution.

About the Role
The Marketing & Communications Manager plays a vital role in delivering Cube Networks' key marketing initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Director of Sales, and external vendors, you'll help drive brand awareness, lead generation, internal engagement, and consistent communication across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution
* Deliver marketing activities aligned with Cube's strategic objectives.
* Coordinate and run events end‑to‑end, including planning, logistics and post‑event reporting.
* Develop and publish social media content to grow brand awareness and capability visibility.
* Produce sales and internal collateral including videos, guides, capability statements, and website updates.
* Create content from thought leadership, case studies, industry events, and cultural initiatives.
* Manage customer‑facing communications such as presentations, newsletters, and collateral libraries.
* Oversee Cube merchandise management and design store.
* Maintain marketing systems, tools, and the marketing database.
Employer Brand & Culture
* Partner with the People & Culture team to promote internal culture initiatives and support Cube's employer brand in market.
Internal Events & Engagement
* Assist in planning and executing internal events such as team offsites, culture calendar activities, and celebrations.
* Support Business Operations with setup for customer workshops and in‑office events.
Internal Communications
* Develop internal communications including monthly huddles and internal newsletters.
* Ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all channels.
Executive Support
* Attend and document ELT meetings as required.
* Coordinate executive offsites and provide support to the CEO and COO where needed.
* Contribute to ongoing improvements in marketing operations, processes, and tools.
* Maintain a commitment to professional development and evolving marketing best practices.

Skills & Experience
Education
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related fields desirable.
* Minimum Year 12 (TAFE/Diploma highly regarded).
Experience
* Experience in marketing, communications, events management, or similar.
* Proven ability to create engaging social media and digital content.
* Strong organisational capability.
* Proficiency with marketing tools, CMS platforms, and design tools (advantageous).
