We are seeking to expand our Plant and Equipment Valuation team in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Assist the team in providing plant and equipment valuation and due diligence services, delivering expert advice and insights across the Asia-Pacific region.
* Perform thorough asset valuations and asset management due diligence, offering vital intelligence to clients in capital-intensive industries, enabling them to understand the true value of their asset portfolios.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A recent graduate or one-two year's work experience in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Property, Economics and Commerce.
* Experience in Microsoft Excel-based financial analysis.
* Proficient in working with other Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Word etc.). Experience working with PowerBI or other data analytics packages would also be viewed favourably.
* Good interpersonal and client relationship skills.
* High personal drive and motivation to succeed in a growing team with lots of opportunities.
