Project Director: Connected Beginnings Initiative
The Connected Beginnings Project Director will play a pivotal role in driving systemic change and enhancing outcomes for First Nations children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide adaptive leadership across the team and community
* Facilitate collaboration between services and organizations to reduce duplication
* Build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including families, government agencies, health services, education institutions, and social services
* Convene and guide cross-sector forums, learning sessions, and strategy workshops
* Drive systemic advocacy that improves policies and long-term outcomes
* Coordinate reporting, funding opportunities, and stakeholder communications
Requirements:

* Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Deep understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal communities
