Key responsibilities include:
* Leading brand governance: Maintaining and evolving brand templates, style guides, and image libraries.
* Crafting compelling content: Writing and editing internal and external communications, from employee updates to executive messaging.
* Supporting strategic initiatives: Contributing to global campaigns, events, and crisis communications.
* Managing digital presence: Overseeing intranet and website content to ensure accuracy and alignment.
* Collaborating globally: Partnering with regional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality communications.
* Measuring and improving: Tracking communication effectiveness and providing insights to enhance engagement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a background in corporate communications, ideally within a large or global company, and a degree in communications, marketing, or business. You'll also require strong writing and editing skills, as well as experience with tools like CMS platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop), Canva, and VIMEO.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities and time zones without fuss. Most importantly, you'll take a practical and thoughtful approach to your work and how you engage with others.
