Senior Product Manager, SEO (Bangkok Based) – AgodaLocation: Bangkok, Thailand.
This role is Bangkok-based with relocation provided.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the online travel ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape, and user requirements with a strong focus on Search Organic traffic channels.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns/products that support broader initiatives, customer engagement, and optimization of organic rankings to drive Agoda's revenues.Conceptualize, launch, and optimize SEO products and features; experiment, test performance, and iterate quickly.Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Content, and UX teams on cutting-edge technologies.Analyze content traffic, SEO metrics, and campaign effectiveness (via defined KPIs) to improve content marketing ROI.Develop innovative solutions across regions, product areas, and functions with a strong emphasis on SEO; work with cross-functional teams as needed.What you'll need to succeedAt least 5+ years of product experience, including hands-on technical and content optimization experience.Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline).
Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making with a strong focus on SEO.Strong data skills.Excellent communication skills (English, verbal and written) with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to different stakeholders.Experience developing and launching new products.Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions for the organic channel.Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset; effective at breaking down complex problems and driving change.Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Nice to haveMBA or Master's degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.Strong proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.Equal OpportunityEqual Opportunity Employer.
