THE ROLE
As our Optical Dispenser you will have amazing customer service skills with the view of providing the best care to our patients. You will be joining our super solid A-TEAM: high performing, cohesive and all-round fun bunch and will be doing the following:
* Conducting a personalised 1 on 1 dispensing consultation with our patients to identify their needs and provide a personalised solutions
* Provide an exceptional customer experience, build rapport and strong relationships with our patients
* Grow and upskill your knowledge in all things Optics
* Liaise directly with suppliers to hand pick the frames/products we offer
* Contribute to achieving strong sales result
* The opportunity to grow and develop within the business
This position is primarily for our Richmond practice, however flexibility to work at either practice is required.
(FYI this role is also a great graduate job to commence your career in Allied Health )
