The ROLE
As a Diesel Mechanic in our Lampton Avenue Workshop, you will play a crucial hands-on role servicing and maintaining our diverse range of Assets. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting routine maintenance on trucks, mobile plant and equipment, including inspecting, servicing, and repairing as necessary.
* Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in mobile plant and equipment.
* Performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of our assets.
* Utilising diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Collaborating with other team members to prioritise workload and ensure timely completion of repairs.
* Adhering to health and safety regulations while working in the workshop environment.
About YOU
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Trade qualified in Diesel Mechanic/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry regulations.
