About the Role
As Club Manager, you will take full ownership of the club's performance, culture, and member experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving membership sales, lead generation, and retention
* Leading and supporting Personal Trainers
* Creating strong relationships with members and the local community
* Developing local partnerships and outreach opportunities
* Executing marketing and growth initiatives
* Managing day-to-day operations and club presentation
* Achieving and exceeding monthly performance KPIs

About You
You are a motivated, energetic leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys working with people.
You'll bring:
* Proven sales and/or management experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A passion for health and fitness
* Confidence in building relationships with members and the local community
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude
* A desire to grow within a successful fitness organisation
Fitness industry experience is advantageous but not essential, strong leadership and sales capability are key.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
* Sales and leadership experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Right to work in Australia
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
* Cert III & IV in Fitness
* Business or people management experience
* Experience working in fitness, retail, or sales environments
