The Role
We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our growing team and manage an existing caseload while continuing to build their own patient base.
The role is primarily focused on musculoskeletal physiotherapy within a private practice setting.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality, patient-centred care across a diverse range of conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs
Manage a mixed caseload including private patients, EPC/CDM, WorkCover, DVA, NDIS and third-party insurers
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
Contribute to ongoing patient education and clinical excellence
Build and maintain strong patient relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
Current (or eligible for) AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Experience or strong interest in private musculoskeletal practice
Ability to work independently and manage a full clinical caseload
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable (but not essential)
Vestibular rehabilitation experience or interest (training can be provided)
Interest in multidisciplinary case management

Base salary: $76,000 AUD + superannuation
