What the Role Looks Like
This isn’t your typical desk job. You’ll be working across our Laverton and Geelong sites, getting involved in everything from day-to-day maintenance to longer-term engineering projects. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of equipment and processes, and there’s plenty of room to learn, contribute, and make a real difference.
- Keeping our plant and facilities running smoothly by managing maintenance and reliability activities.
- Rolling out new strategies to improve how we maintain and operate our equipment.
- Troubleshooting issues and helping solve problems when things don’t go to plan.
- Supporting production and maintenance teams with technical advice and practical solutions.
- Designing upgrades and improvements to make our equipment safer and more efficient.
- Leading small to medium-sized capital projects from start to finish.
- Working with local and international equipment suppliers.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, and ideally around 4 years of post-grad experience. You should be comfortable using AutoCAD and Inventor and have solid MS Office skills. If you’ve worked with CMMS systems or managed industrial projects before, that’s a bonus.

- Comfortable with planning, organizing and executing work.
- Can juggle tasks and adapt when things change.
