Citizens also considered provided the clearance is in progress.RequirementsThe ATO is seeking to engage experienced sellers who have the capability to provide AWS Professional Services, with senior consultant levels of experience and expertise, to augment ATO architectural and engineering capabilities and support a range of cloud technology initiatives in the ATO.Resources engaged by the ATO will:Be Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the technologies AWS offers in the marketplace to their customers.Have extensive experience delivering enterprise cloud solutions to complex organisations, including services engineering and integration.Must have AWS architectural qualifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect).About the ProgramThe AWS Professional Services resources sought will operate primarily across the Data Acquisition, Pre-fill and Sharing Program of work within the ATO, focused on 5 project groups:Advanced Analytics Platform (AAP) to Cloud: Transition of the Advanced Analytics Platform to cloud and enable the new platform improvements to security controls, deployment and testing options, source system integration and introduce Machine Learning and data streaming with real-time analytics.Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) Migration: The EDH software is end of life and must be decommissioned by March 2024. Decommissioning is dependent on the migration of existing use cases to the Enterprise Lakehouse delivered as part of New Data Pattern.New Data Patterns: Core components required to ingest and store EDH workloads, delivering an ingestion, storage and analysis platform to support greater volumes of complex data, enabling value realisation of DAO datasets.Modernising ATO Systems: Includes special purpose datasets to support clients in getting it right the first time, tactical changes to enhance data use, and improving processing performance for data matching.Sharing Economy: Improve visibility of Sharing Economy activity through improved data reporting to enhance education and compliance with reporting obligations.Similar resources may be required throughout the term to support further enterprise initiatives.Key DatesClosing time and date:Contract term: 24 monthsContract extension option: 2 x 12 monthsTechnical CapabilityAWS Professional Services will be engaged on a T&M basis to assist the ATO in designing, building and delivering a range of enterprise cloud capabilities, and providing consultancy services, including for:Review, advise and assist in Enterprise application cloud migration and onboarding;Review current strategy, architecture and operational capability and advise best practices;Review, advise and assist in the implementation of a multi-account strategy;Provide remedial advice and assist in the implementation of actions resulting from security reviews;Identity and Access Management implementation review, design update and implementation assistance;Required Skills:Professional Services, Sellers, Scalability, Government Agencies, Onboarding Options, Analysis, Machine Learning, Reviews, Web Services, Components, Storage, Analytics, Government Architecture, Integration, C Strategy, Security, Education, Software Testing, Engineering, Design Management.
