Are you a highly motivated and customer‐focused administration professional with an interest in engineering services? We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Infrastructure Delivery team as an Engineering Administration Officer.
Through strong customer service and attention to detail, this role will support the Manager of Infrastructure Delivery, take ownership of external contract lifecycle processes, and play a pivotal role in keeping team members informed and connected. You will contribute to the smooth delivery of engineering projects by providing high‐quality administrative support, coordinating processes, and ensuring clear communication across the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Infrastructure Delivery team, including reporting, templates, and correspondence.
* Monitor contract budgets, report on variances, and support contract administration (including acting as Supervisor's Representative as required).
* Coordinate and manage systems and processes, including customer requests, permits, and continuous improvements.
* Support capital works delivery by capturing asset data, preparing service reports, and assisting with project documentation.
* Organise meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and outcomes.

* Victorian Drivers Licence.
* Satisfactory Police Check.
