We are seeking both, a hands-on, reliable, and proactive Maintenance Supervisor and a Maintenance Person to join our team and help ensure our park remains safe, functional, and beautifully presented year-round.

About the Role
These are varied and active roles responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the park's accommodation, facilities, grounds, and equipment. The positions may suit either:
* An experienced Maintenance Supervisor ready to lead and coordinate works, or
* A skilled Maintenance Person / Handyperson with strong all-round trade abilities.
We are seeking to fill both Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Officer positions to accommodate candidates at either role level.

Key Responsibilities
* General repairs and maintenance across cabins, amenities, and park facilities
* Assist in maintenance scheduling and task allocation and quality control
* Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and other required works
* Grounds and outdoor maintenance (equipment upkeep, minor landscaping)
* Pool and spa maintenance (training can be provided)
* Ensuring compliance with safety standards and WHS requirements
* Coordinating contractors when required (Supervisor level)
* Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and management
* Liaison with other departments
* After-hours emergency response, weekends and public holidays on a roster basis
* Assist in hiring, organizing and training maintenance employees

Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman role
* Experience in tourism, hospitality or holiday park maintenance is preferred but not essential
* Trade qualification highly regarded but not essential
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors
* Basic computer skills for maintenance logs and reporting
* Current Driver's Licence (essential)
* Pool operator certification (desirable, or willingness to obtain)
* Australian work rights are essential
For the Supervisor role, demonstrated experience leading a small team and coordinating contractors will be highly regarded.
