We're looking for a hands-on, reliable, and safety-focused On-Road Service Technician to join our newest branch in Newman. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team, supporting our mission to deliver the ultimate customer experience through high-quality maintenance and responsive onsite service.
This is not a FIFO role. Only Newman residents will be considered.
You will be responsible for servicing the leading range of equipment in our Newman Workshop, as well as servicing equipment onsite.
- Carry out servicing and repairs on our leading range of equipment, both in our Newman workshop and onsite.
- Provide a fast and qualified response to emergency breakdowns.
- Liaise directly with customers, ensuring outstanding service every time.
- Perform fault-finding, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Maintain strict safety standards with a ZERO harm mindset.
- Contribute ideas to our Employee Initiative Program-where your knowledge can help improve processes, and you'll have the chance to be recognised quarterly through our rewards program.

The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have;
You'll bring a strong mechanical background along with a proactive, customer-first approach. Ideally, you'll have:
- An Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate.
- Experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Diesel Mechanic, or Mechanical Fitter.
- Current and valid Driver's Licence.
- White Card (OHS Construction Card).
- EWP licence (highly regarded).
- Experience working with diesel engines and hydraulic equipment.
- Confidence servicing and repairing equipment such as Elevated Work Platforms, Lighting Towers, and Telehandlers.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
