Casual Dental Assistant to join our fun and friendly team at 1300SMILES Rockhampton. We love connecting with people and helping them feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, while creating standout patient experiences and keeping everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Assisting dentists and dental professionals during a variety of procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth clinical operations.
* Providing attentive support and care to patients before, during, and after treatment.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment in line with infection control and health and safety standards.
* Sterilising instruments and managing the care, maintenance, and organisation of dental equipment.
* Contributing to a positive patient experience through professional communication and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* No experience needed; training and support will be provided.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with a compassionate nature.
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Note
Full training and support will be provided, with the opportunity to complete a Cert III in Dental Assisting if desired.
