You must have a passion for people which is demonstrated by your approachable nature, strong listening skills and ability to empathise. You will deliver great experiences to our customers by being able to effectively communicate with people of all levels and having a friendly attitude.
You will be reliable, self-motivated, proactive and can use initiative.
About the Role
The position is part time working Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays at our Welshpool location and Mondays and Fridays at our Osborne Park location.
You will be required to complete training at our Welshpool location, during weekdays Monday to Friday. Training days will be agreed to during the pre employment stage with the Operations Co-Ordinator.
With your experience, you will be able to engage with prospective customers in a positive manner, providing exceptional customer service. You will build rapport with customers, helping identify their needs and providing great solutions to enhance their experience throughout every stage of their rental journey.
The role is very hands on, working with a variety of people in various roles throughout the company. You will be exposed to many aspects of the company and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business.
It is essential that you have computer and data base experience.
Experience with any database system is required.
Hours of Work
Welshpool Weekend Hours.
· Saturdays from 06:00 to 16:00.
· Sundays from 06:00 to 12:00.
· Public Holidays 06:00 to 12:00.
Osborne Park Hours.
· Mondays from 07:30 to 16:00.
· Fridays from 07:30 to 16:00.
Remuneration
An attractive wage will be offered.
Residence Status – Must be resident or have valid visa for working rights to work in Australia. A VEVO check will be conducted to ensure compliance

* Experience in a customer service / retail environment.
* Any level of customer service experience is acceptable.
* Be a fantastic communicator.

* Current WA driver's license.
