About the Position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused administrator to support our project teams.
Key responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, managing correspondence, drawings, specifications, and project records, coordinating meetings, travel, supplies, and team schedules, preparing reports, financial documents, purchase orders, and process invoices, and assisting with safety data, compliance, and system processes across projects.
Your Key Qualifications
* A proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar project administrative or support role
* Familiarity with document control systems (SharePoint, COINS, Aconex or similar)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Solid Microsoft Office skills
