Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional customer service and support to valued clients.
* Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone, in-person and email interactions
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
* Process customer bookings, payments and any necessary documentation via web-based computer program
* Recognise and allocate vehicles to suit customer requirements
* Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries efficiently
* Ability to learn web-based computer program
* Friendly, professional and adaptable approach to customer service
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided.
