We are seeking an experienced
Dynamics Solution Architect
to design and govern enterprise-scale solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping solution architecture across multiple programs and projects, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, reusable, and aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
* Lead solution design for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Field Service, Customer Service, and the broader Power Platform.
* Represent the Enterprise Business Platform in key governance forums, ensuring robust and sustainable design decisions.
* Provide technical leadership, solution assurance, and design reviews across delivery teams.
* Partner with Enterprise Architects, program leaders, product owners, and developers to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
* Drive continuous improvement, uplifting platform maturity, reusability, and sustainability.
* Stay current with Microsoft's roadmap, industry trends, and innovation opportunities to embed best practices.
* Mentor and guide technical teams to uplift capability and deliver consistent, high-quality solutions.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse).
* Strong background in enterprise solution design, multi-environment deployments, layered architecture, and CI/CD pipeline practices.
* Integration expertise with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and ESB technologies.
* Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in large organisations, ideally within government or public sector environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Demonstrated leadership in guiding and mentoring technical teams.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
* Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Solution Architecture (highly regarded).
