Account Manager Insurance Premium Funding

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our premium funding operations, balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional client experience. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on variety: one day you’ll be structuring a corporate transaction, the next you’ll be refining a process, supporting brokers, or analysing performance data.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Insurance and lead Business Analyst in a tight‑knit, agile team to grow our footprint, deepen broker relationships, and deliver first‑class funding solutions that make life easier for our partners and their clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end‑to‑end funding processes including quoting, documentation, settlements and collections follow‑up where required
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery
- Engage confidently over the phone to build rapport, resolve issues, and drive commercial outcomes
- Analyse portfolio performance and support pricing or product initiatives
- Handle escalations with a commercial mindset and customer‑first approach
- Maintain a deep understanding of funding products, insurance distribution, and compliance requirements
