Learning and Development Specialist
This role offers a unique opportunity to provide additional support to the team in delivering training programs. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key part in engaging students, using effective learning techniques, and maintaining a student-centred approach.

The Opportunity:
* Use your experience to engage students effectively and maintain a student-centred approach
* Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
* Bring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes
* Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
About You:
* Be a driven, supportive, and community-minded individual, working with disadvantaged learners and non-English speakers to support them in building future opportunities through learning
* Have the capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at any given time
* Strong knowledge of the VET sector and National Standards for RTOs
* Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas
Qualifications:
* Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor with TESOL or
* An undergraduate degree with a postgraduate qualification in TESOL or equivalent qualifications or willingness to complete a postgraduate qualification in TESOL
* Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferred
