About the role
Extended Care Assistants work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team of passionate and committed aged care professionals. We work together by providing personalised support to deliver the best possible care and services to residents to meet their individual needs and preferences.
We are seeking a Part‑time Extended Care Assistants to work in our Newnham Facility. The successful candidates will also have the opportunity to pick up shifts.
* Assisting residents with daily living and mobility duties such as showering, feeding and toileting to enhance daily life
* Building and maintaining supportive relationships with residents, clients and their families to strengthen relationships within the business and local community
* Recognising changes in clients conditions and report observations and concerns
* Part Time opportunity offering a variety of shifts, morning, afternoon and night duty

* Hold a current Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
* Are known for your caring and compassionate nature
* Have the initiative and ability to work without supervision
