Key Responsibilities
* Process passengers through international airports and seaports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
* Generate seizure notices and deal with client enquiries, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and threats to border security, taking prompt action to address any issues that arise.
