Shape Patient Care Behind the Scenes – Ward Clerk Role Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Ward Clerk to provide high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support within the ward, clinic, or unit, ensuring effective communication and smooth operational processes.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager or delegate, you will play a key role in supporting patients, staff, and managers through accurate record management, coordination of appointments and transfers, and efficient reception services.

If you are highly organised, enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, and want to contribute to delivering responsive and effective healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

* Current South Australian Driver's License.
* Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel and the creation/maintenance of MS Access Databases.
* Knowledge of Video Conferencing technology.

Applicant Information

This is a part time vacancy, working 52.5 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
