Have 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience (ideally in Australia)
Know your niche or are ready to define it

You’re a good human that always has others in mind is
Bonus: Experience recruiting for backend software engineering or enterprise applications (Salesforce, Adobe, SAP) roles
