Works collaboratively with internal and external resources to achieve maximum financial returns yearly. Completes medical record reviews with a focus on HEDIS and risk adjustment coding gaps information for value-based payers in the ambulatory environment.Formal Education RequiredAssociates degree in a health or social services related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experienceExperience & Training RequiredTwo (2) year experience in medical or health services field to include:Medical record review for HEDISii. Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Recordiii.
