A busy professional family of six are looking for afun, reliable, and organised nannyto care for their 4 children (ages 4, 6, 8, and 10).
The children are energetic, love their activities, and thrive with routine—so they are seeking someone who can keep the household running smoothly and bring a sense of calm and structure to the chaos of daily life.
Days and Hours: (Flexibility for full time or part time hours)
Option for Part time from November to Jan (Tues, Wed full day and Fri afternoon then full time from end of Jan ****)
Option to have 1 nanny doing split shifts across the week or two nannies one for 3 days a week and the other 2 days per week.
Ideal Nanny
You are:
Fun, patient, and not easily flustered by busy children
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Capable of keeping kids on track with routines (especially dinner/bath/bed)
A confident driver with proven childcare experience (formal qualifications a bonus, but experience is highly valued)
Typical Day and Responsibilities
Morning routine: breakfast, school bags, and drop-offs
Driving to/from school and after-school activities (tennis, gymnastics, dance, stage school)
Cookinghealthy, family-friendly dinnersand preparing school lunches
Helping with homework and supervising bath/bed routines
Light household tasks:
Dishwasher (stack/unstack)
Laundry (washing, folding, putting away)
General tidying (or guiding kids to do it themselves)
Grocery shopping
Robovac/mop & general home upkeep
Changing/washing kids' bedding periodically
Walking the dogs when possible
Pets
2 indoor cats (1 playful kitten + 1 young cat)
2 medium-sized outdoor dogs (very friendly—love a walk when time allows)
Expectations
5+ years of experience as a nanny/household manager or working in childcare
Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
Have a current Blue Card
Display strong communication skills and speak English
Non smoking
Full drivers license - Must be an experienced driver, comfortable with large vehicles and young (sometimes noisy) passengers - Family car provided:Kia Carnival (automatic)
Own car preferred for commuting but not essential
