About the role
We're seeking experienced dental receptionists to join our Highgate and bustling Pirie Street practices to help us keep the smiles coming In this role, you'll work with the team to welcome our patients and guide them through their dental journey.
- Welcome and sign in patients
- Maintain patient recall system to ensure reminders are sent promptly
- Answer inbound calls to provide accurate information and answer general queries
- Process patient accounts and schedule follow-up appointments
About you
If you have experience in dental or medical administration or reception, we want to hear from you You'll also have experience with:
- Processing accounts and booking appointments
- Cash handling and receipting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated, organized, and able to manage your workload while staying calm under pressure
- Reliability, honesty, and a team-oriented attitude
