You’ll be the engine behind rent roll accuracy, arrears performance, lease audits, tenant billing and financial reporting - playing a key role in keeping the precinct running at its best. What You’ll Lead End‑to‑end rent collection full monthly rent roll Arrears oversight with Annual budget support monthly forecasting Outgoings budgets reconciliation assistance Lease audits tenancy schedule accuracy Tenant record management recurring/ad‑hoc billings P&L and monthly management reporting Gift card reconciliation banking Accounts payable, extended trade and PO reporting Carpark bookings revenue optimisation General reception office support Participation in a rotating duty roster (TOIL provided) What You Bring Experience in property administration (retail centre preferred) Strong understanding of rent and tenant account processes Confident across Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Able to work occasional weekends, nights and public holidays Interested?
