Director - Property & Development Recruitment at Capstone
Our client, a high-performing private investment and development group, is seeking an ambitious Investment Analyst to support their expanding portfolio of strategic investments, with a core focus on real estate development. This rare prospect also offers exposure to funds management, infrastructure, hospitality, and private equity-style transactions – ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in private investment.
Working alongside a highly regarded Investment Manager and engaging regularly with senior leadership, you will gain hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle – from modelling and due diligence through to execution and post-deal analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build institutional-grade financial models to assess feasibility and investment returns
- Support transaction execution, due diligence, and capital structuring
- Prepare high-quality investment materials and board papers
- Conduct market research and provide strategic investment insights
About You:
- 4–6 years’ experience in investment banking, property development, private equity, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis skills
- Exposure to the property sector is essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Property, or similar
- Clear pathway toward senior roles within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
