A senior sales leader is required to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets across a national portfolio of properties.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel or hospitality sales management at a senior level, with a proven track record of managing national accounts and leading sales campaigns.
The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and growing key accounts. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for success.
* Develop and implement sales plans aligned to revenue targets across all properties.
* Drive new business development and secure strategic sales opportunities for regional and metro properties.
* Work closely with property General Managers, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver integrated sales strategies.
The Sales Director will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong industry and client relationships, proposing and executing tactical campaigns, designing and rolling out sales SOPs, and delivering group-wide training to improve local sales capabilities.
This is a senior leadership position within the Head Office team, reporting to the Vice President – Sales, Revenue & Distribution. The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape sales across a national portfolio and contribute to company growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow corporate, MICE, leisure, wholesale, and inbound sales segments across all properties.
* Drive sales growth through effective sales planning and execution.
